Refund Policy

Important — Read Before Purchasing
ALL PURCHASES ON IMAGERA AI ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. BY CREATING AN ACCOUNT AND USING THE SERVICES, YOU HAVE EXPRESSLY AGREED TO THIS POLICY AS PART OF OUR TERMS OF SERVICE. THIS POLICY FORMS PART OF THE LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND IMAGERA AI.
This Refund Policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and should be read together with Section 8 (Refunds) and Section 7 (Subscriptions and Cancellation) of those Terms. In the event of any conflict, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
1. ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL
All credit purchases, subscription payments, and add-on packages are final and non-refundable upon completion of the transaction, except as expressly set out in Section 3 of this Policy or as required by applicable law.
Credit packages are non-refundable once purchased, regardless of whether credits have been used.
Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current and any prior billing periods.
Add-on packages cannot be refunded or transferred.
Unused credits remain in your account and do not expire, but carry no cash value and cannot be exchanged for currency.
2. DIGITAL GOODS — IMMEDIATELY CONSUMED SERVICES
Our Services constitute digital goods and digital content delivered immediately upon purchase. Credits are made available for use the moment a transaction is completed. AI generation features begin consuming credits immediately upon your request. You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
The performance of the Services begins immediately upon purchase and account activation.
Where applicable law grants a right of withdrawal or cancellation for digital goods, you expressly waive that right by requesting immediate performance of the Services at the time of purchase.
Credits are a digital medium of exchange for AI generation services and have no independent monetary value once issued.
The value of credits is fully realized at the moment they are made available in your account, regardless of whether you choose to use them.
This section applies to all jurisdictions where digital goods and immediately-performed digital services are subject to specific consumer protection or withdrawal right provisions, including but not limited to the European Union (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), the United Kingdom (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), and applicable Canadian provincial consumer protection legislation.
3. LIMITED CREDIT RESTORATION — PLATFORM ERRORS ONLY
We may, at our sole and absolute discretion, restore credits (not issue monetary refunds) in the following strictly limited circumstances:
A generation job failed to produce any output solely due to a verified technical error on our infrastructure (server error, system failure, or platform outage).
Credits were deducted from your account without any generation being attempted, due to a verified platform-side billing error.
Credit restoration requests must be submitted to support@imagera.ai within 14 days of the incident. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered.
The following do NOT qualify for credit restoration or any refund under any circumstances:
Dissatisfaction with the quality, style, or appearance of AI-generated output.
AI-generated output that does not match your subjective expectations.
Output that scores differently than expected on third-party AI detection tools — AI detection technology is operated by independent third parties, changes frequently without notice, and is entirely outside our control.
Output that does not achieve a desired aesthetic, photorealistic quality level, or specific visual characteristic.
User error, including incorrect prompt input, incorrect LoRA selection, incorrect settings, or misuse of any feature.
Incompatibility between your intended use and the AI-generated output.
Changes to AI models, third-party services, or platform features that affect output characteristics.
Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
4. AI OUTPUT VARIABILITY — NO OUTCOME GUARANTEE
You expressly acknowledge and agree that:
AI-generated content is inherently variable and unpredictable. The same prompt may produce materially different results across generations.
Imagera AI makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty — express or implied — regarding the quality, appearance, style, accuracy, photorealism, or any other characteristic of AI-generated output.
AI detection scores are not guaranteed. Third-party AI detection tools are operated independently, update their models frequently without notice, and produce results that vary by content type, tool version, and methodology. Imagera AI has no control over third-party detection tools and makes no representation that any output will achieve any particular score on any detection platform.
Our Real Camera and photorealism features are designed to produce naturally-looking output, but results vary based on input content, model selection, and generation parameters. These features do not guarantee any specific outcome or detection result.
Dissatisfaction with AI output quality, regardless of the reason, does not constitute a service failure and does not entitle you to a refund or credit restoration.
This acknowledgment was presented to you at the time of account creation and forms part of your agreement to our Terms of Service.
5. MANDATORY PRE-DISPUTE CONTACT REQUIREMENT
Before initiating any payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal with your bank, card issuer, or payment processor, you are required to contact Imagera AI support first and provide us with a reasonable opportunity to resolve your concern.

We will respond within 5 business days.
You must allow the full 5-business-day response window to elapse before initiating any dispute with your payment provider.
Failure to contact us before initiating a payment dispute constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account termination, and our submission of evidence to your payment provider demonstrating your acceptance of this Policy and our Terms of Service at account creation.
6. CHARGEBACKS, PAYMENT DISPUTES, AND CONSEQUENCES
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us and allowing our response period to elapse is a breach of this Policy and our Terms of Service.
If you initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or card issuer, Imagera AI reserves the right to:
Immediately suspend or permanently terminate your account and all associated access to the Services, without notice and without refund of any remaining credits.
Submit comprehensive evidence to your payment provider, card network, and/or Stripe, including but not limited to: your account registration records, the date and timestamp of your acceptance of these Terms of Service and Refund Policy at signup, IP address and device information at signup, generation logs showing successful service delivery, billing records, and any prior support communications.
Recover dispute fees and associated costs. Payment processors charge merchants a fee for each chargeback filed (typically $15–$25 USD). If a chargeback is filed in circumstances that breach this Policy, you agree to reimburse Imagera AI for all chargeback fees, dispute processing costs, and reasonable legal costs incurred as a direct result of the dispute.
Permanently ban you from creating new accounts on the platform.
Report fraudulent chargeback activity to fraud prevention networks and, where applicable, law enforcement.
You acknowledge that Imagera AI retains detailed records of: account creation (including consent checkbox completion and timestamp), generation logs, credit transactions, IP addresses, and all support communications. This evidence is routinely submitted to payment processors in response to chargebacks and consistently demonstrates that services were delivered as described.
7. EVIDENCE RETAINED BY IMAGERA AI
For the purpose of responding to payment disputes, fraud prevention, and legal compliance, Imagera AI retains the following records for a minimum of 24 months from the date of account creation or transaction:
Account registration records, including the date, time, and IP address of signup.
A timestamped record of your acceptance of the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy at signup (including the version of the Terms in effect at that time).
All credit purchase and subscription payment records.
Generation logs, including timestamps, credit costs, feature used, and completion status for every generation request.
Support ticket history and email communications.
IP addresses and device fingerprints associated with account activity.
This evidence is available for submission to payment processors, card networks, courts, or law enforcement upon valid legal request or in response to a payment dispute.
8. SUBSCRIPTIONS — CANCELLATION AND BILLING
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of any amounts already billed. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not constitute cancellation. Only cancellations completed through the account dashboard or confirmed in writing by our support team are valid. See Section 7 of our Terms of Service for full subscription terms.
9. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable provincial laws of the province in which Imagera AI is registered. Any dispute arising under this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution provisions set out in Section 22 of our Terms of Service.
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights you may have under applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract. Where such mandatory rights exist and conflict with this Policy, this Policy shall apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.
