The phone limits are 1 GB and 15 minutes; the computer limits are 4 GB and 60 minutes. A 90-minute video exceeds the duration allowed even on a computer, regardless of the size goal. Both limits apply, and memory or codec support can still prevent a run. Use shorter excerpts for longer recordings.
